A logo sting — the short animated logo at the start or end of a video — makes every piece of content look finished and recognisably yours. Traditionally it meant After Effects and a motion designer. With a code-rendered template, it's a four-second render from your logo file.
The format
- A glow bursts from the centre in your brand colour.
- Your logo appears, sharp.
- The wordmark rises in beneath it.
- An optional tagline fades in.
Four seconds is long enough to register and short enough not to annoy repeat viewers.
Where to use it
- The start or end of YouTube videos and product demos.
- The end card of ads — after the message, before the CTA.
- Social profile videos and event screens.
- Podcasts and webinars as a visual intro.
Prepare the logo
- Use SVG if you have it — it stays sharp at every size. A large transparent PNG also works.
- Use the symbol or full lockup, whichever reads at small sizes. If your logo includes the name, you can leave the wordmark field empty.
- Match the accent colour to your brand so the glow feels yours.
Write the text
- Name (up to three words): your brand name as people say it.
- Tagline (up to six words): optional — "Made for slow mornings".

The free Logo Reveal Skill renders this locally:
Make a 4-second logo reveal for logo.svg with the name Kova Home and the tagline "Made for slow mornings", in our brand orange.
Your agent validates the logo file and contrast, renders a draft, then the MP4s — 16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for Reels and Shorts, 1:1 for feeds. For a fuller brand film, see kinetic typography.
