Gift guide video: turn "5 gifts under $50" into a countdown people finish

From Black Friday to the last shipping day before Christmas, people search for gift ideas by budget and by person: "gifts for her under $50", "stocking stuffers", "gifts for the home". A gift guide video answers that search in fifteen seconds, and a countdown makes people stay for number one.

What to show, in order

TimeOn screenWhy

Then 1.8 s eachNumber five slides onto the table under a big rank number, with its name, a one-line note and the price. Then four, three, two.One gift at a time is easy to read and easy to remember.

Write it well

  • Put the budget in the title. "Under $50" is what people search for and why they stop.
  • Save the best for last. Number one is the reason people finish the video.
  • Sell each gift in five words. "Keeps coffee hot till noon" beats "750 ml, stainless steel".
  • Keep it to five. Three feels thin; more than seven drags.

Make it from a list

The Gift Guide Countdown Skill renders the whole video on your machine:

Make a holiday gift guide countdown for Kova Home: "5 cosy gifts under $50" — throw $48, candle $24, bottle $32, bud vase $29, mug $18 — ending with "Free gift wrap on every order" and "Shop the gift guide". Vertical and 4:5.

It sets your gifts on a warm holiday table with fairy lights, counts them down with big serif numerals and red price tags, and ends on the full line-up, in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9 from one file. Transparent PNG cut-outs stand on the table like real products. See the sample.

Posting it

  • TikTok, Reels and Shorts: post the 9:16 with the price cap in the caption ("5 gifts under $50 🎁").
  • Pinterest and feeds: the 4:5 and 1:1 work as idea pins and carousel covers.
  • Make a series: "for her", "for him", "for the home", "stocking stuffers". Same Skill, new list.
