Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-24
This policy explains how Reelity ("we") handles personal data when you use Reelity.
Data we collect
- Account data: your email address. If you sign in with Google, also your name, profile picture and a Google account identifier.
- Usage data needed to run the service: Skills you save, like, rate, download or buy; connected CLI devices; support and affiliate messages you send.
- Billing data is collected and processed by Stripe. We receive a customer identifier, plan, status and purchase records — never your full card details.
- Technical data such as IP address and user agent, used for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, verify your entitlement to Premium Skills, respond to support requests, and improve the catalog. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Performance of a contract (providing your account and purchases), legitimate interests (security and service improvement) and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
Processors
Cloudflare (hosting, database and storage), Google (sign-in), Resend (sign-in codes and service emails) and Stripe (payments). They process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms and may transfer it internationally under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Sessions expire after 30 days, sign-in codes after 10 minutes and CLI tokens after 90 days. Billing records are retained as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and object to or restrict processing, by contacting support@reelity.app. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Reelity is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
