Paste this into your agent. It connects the CLI if needed, then installs the Skill.

Feed it a finished video and a target market list. It transcribes, adapts the script for each market (not just translates), re-times subtitles for longer languages, burns in brand-styled captions and can add AI dubbing — producing one export per language.

Updated Oct 20, 2026

What you get

  • One MP4 per language with burned-in captions
  • SRT and VTT files per language
  • A glossary and adaptation notes

Good fit

  • Teams shipping the same campaign in several markets
  • Creators reaching new language audiences
  • Course and webinar localization

Not for

  • Lip-synced dubbing of on-camera speakers
  • Legal or medical translation that needs certification

About this Skill

You say

/global-localize-subtitle Localize launch.mp4 into Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese and German with burned-in captions.

Localization is more than translation. Line length, reading speed and idioms change by market; this Skill handles them so every version feels native.

How it works

  1. Transcribe — creates a time-coded transcript of the master video.
  2. Adapt — rewrites each line for the target market, keeping product names and claims consistent with a glossary.
  3. Time — re-splits and re-times subtitles to each language's reading speed.
  4. Export — burns in captions (or exports SRT/VTT) and optionally adds dubbed audio per language.

Tips

  • Provide a glossary of terms that must never be translated.
  • Ask for a native-speaker review sheet to hand to local teams.
