Fragrance, beauty and jewellery brands open their films with light: glass, reflections, a slow reveal. A flat fade-in on a product name looks cheap next to them. The fix is a title that is made of something.
What sells a premium title
| Habit | Why it works |
|---|---|
| Real reflections | Highlights that move across edges read as an object, not a graphic |
| Slow assembly | Pieces coming together suggest craft; a hard cut suggests a sale |
| One short name | A product or collection name, not a sentence |
| Dark, soft background | Fog and a near-black ground make the highlights glow |
| A clean exit | End on an empty frame so the product shot can follow |
Render one with Glass Shard Title
Glass Shard Title is a free, open-source HyperFrames block. It cuts your headline into glass shards, renders them in Three.js with an HDR studio light, flies them in through fog from both sides, holds the assembled title and flies them out again. Ask your agent:
Make a glass shard title for our perfume, "Ambre Nuit". Keep the default timing and render 1080p.
Tile count, roundness, bevel, timing, chaos and fog are all variables. Our download also fixes a load-order issue that made headless renders come out black, so it works straight from npx hyperframes render.
Build the sequence
Cut from the empty final frame straight to your hero product shot. For a logo instead of a word, the Frost Logo Orbit does the same in ice; for a softer, natural mood, try the Canopy Part Title.
