Halloween transformation: the black hand, the cut, the moon witch

Make the Halloween transformation from this selfie: the black hand takes mine, then I'm back as the moon witch with a finger to my lips.

Notes

Made by the Skill from one selfie: Nano Banana 2 made four keyframes and Kling 2.5 Turbo animated the two halves around a cut to black (about $1 in model usage), then the film was rendered with headless Chrome and FFmpeg. The person is AI-generated, not a real person.
